Context

Doctolib's B2B side acquires healthcare practitioners at scale. Paid media was running across Google, LinkedIn and Meta, but funnel leaks, attribution gaps and compliance constraints were capping SQL growth. The brief: find the blockers, and rebuild measurement in a way legal would actually sign off on.

What I did

  • Full-funnel audit across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads — funnel leaks, attribution gaps and SQL growth blockers, prioritised by expected impact
  • Reviewed the cross-channel attribution model, benchmarked it against industry practice and delivered recommendations up to CMO level
  • Designed a GDPR-compliant tracking framework combining server-side (CAPI) and pixel events
  • Built tracking documentation that passed legal review against CNIL, GDPR and ePrivacy requirements
  • Defined high-intent behavioural events to unlock advanced remarketing and audience segmentation
  • Delivered a landing-page audit and a semantic/keyword study to sharpen search targeting
  • Delivered performance reviews and strategic recommendations tied to SQL growth targets
  • Coordinated implementation across growth, legal, data and product teams
