Context
Click&Boat is the leading boat-rental marketplace, operating several brands under one group. I joined as a growth hacker owning full-funnel levers — paid, SEO, tracking, CRO — and grew into leading paid acquisition across the group's international portfolio.
What I did
- Scaled paid acquisition across search, social, display and mobile in 12+ international markets, balancing growth with profitability
- Coordinated multi-brand acquisition strategy under one group umbrella — growth, efficiency and brand constraints per market
- Built and managed retargeting funnels across Google, Meta and Criteo
- Ran channels including Google Search, Display, YouTube, UAC, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Yandex, Criteo, Taboola and Apple Search Ads
- Built performance dashboards and reporting infrastructure in Data Studio
- Ran A/B tests across landing pages and funnels to open new traffic opportunities and lift conversion
- Earlier, as growth hacker: owned SEO (technical + content + backlinks), tracking infrastructure (GA, GTM), and supply-side growth coordination with sales
- Mentored team members on campaign execution and performance optimisation
What it changed
A marketplace paid program that scaled spend across 12+ markets while holding unit economics — and a grounding in both demand-side and supply-side growth that still shapes how I work.
