Context

Vizzia sells to French local government — councils and public bodies. Standard platform targeting barely reaches this audience, so the engagement centred on building audience infrastructure: verified contact data assembled into custom audiences the ad platforms could actually use.

What I did

  • Built a targeted contact-list engine for government and council buyers using Cognism, Clay and Primer
  • Synced verified contact data into custom audiences across LinkedIn, Meta and Google
  • Ran demand generation aligned with a B2G sales motion — long cycles, committee buying, procurement constraints
  • Structured measurement so marketing effort could be read against pipeline, not clicks

What it changed

An audience infrastructure that made a near-untargetable segment reachable through paid channels — including inbound generated from the UK market.
